Hilarious.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20890242.post-1163027315431187192006-11-08T15:08:00.000-08:002006-11-08T15:08:00.000-08:00Oh, the memories...It seems like years since we've...Oh, the memories...

It seems like years since we've seen Heidi without child!

Wendy Pepper's salty personality is just misunderstood. Your insights are not only hysterical ("Oh, wait, we're watching season one ...") but based on true art historical references.

Bad designs bear a certain similarity to each other, don't they? Especially when the materials are similar.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20890242.post-1162852750466442082006-11-06T14:39:00.000-08:002006-11-06T14:39:00.000-08:00Thanks Angel!Ms. Place, I think Starr's creation i...Thanks Angel!

Ms. Place, I think Starr's creation in this last challenge looked EXACTLY like Kayne's recycling challenge! Even the freaked out hair and makeup looked similar. Like Cirque-du-Soleil in a terrible car accident! She was clearly copying Kayne. Oh, wait, we're watching season one, which happened first ... oh, I'm so confused! Anyway, glad you are watching season one also!eric3000https://www.blogger.com/profile/00554308678019220189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20890242.post-1162788079045164272006-11-05T20:41:00.000-08:002006-11-05T20:41:00.000-08:00Thank you Eric for doing PR1E1. Christmas came early for us.

Watching Heidi is like watching Oprah. She is latitude-challenged. At times skinny, or even round.

AngelAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20890242.post-1162786360703993952006-11-05T20:12:00.000-08:002006-11-05T20:12:00.000-08:00What amazes me in rewatching PR 1 is how much Tim ...What amazes me in rewatching PR 1 is how much Tim Gunn is in the background. They only show him talking with one or two designers during his walk through as they're working. He is not the PRESENCE here as he is in later shows.

That said, I am delighted to revisit Jay and Austen, and the archvillainess, Wendy P.

I'd forgotten how insipid Starr was, and barely remembered Daniel from that first go 'round. He deserves to be auf'd for that awful wrapping paper design, but Starr is a close, close second. Do you see a resemblance in that atrocious getup to Kayne's recycling dress? Different colors; same idea.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
